Alex is stuck working a late shift at the amusement arcade on her 21st birthday. Her friends decide to surprise her with a celebration, but their plans are disrupted by a masked killer dressed as Mickey Mouse. The friends must navigate the arcade’s maze-like layout to survive the night, using their wits and teamwork to outsmart the killer.
